"Actemium, the brand dedicated to the Industrial Process of VINCI Energies, organized an annual seminar to prepare for short- and medium-term strategic issues through a shared project. Each country where Actemium operates is represented by a Regional Director, each industrial segment is represented by an Actemium expert and the General Management sheds light on the drafting of the project.
Actemium called on CA Consulting Group to lead this 2-day seminar, outside our borders. The diversity of professions and specialties to which is added the different cultures were a challenge well understood by the 2 speakers: the objective was to make a group of about fifty people work to have an international vision of the industry. With a few preparatory meetings to clearly explain the issues and the profiles of the participants, the results obtained were validated.
